Getting Around the City

Private hire car with driver: USD 50-80 per day — removes all navigation stress. Poda-poda minibus: NLe 2,000-4,000 per trip. Okada motorcycle: faster in traffic but higher risk. Warning: Freetown traffic during rush hours (7-9am, 4-7pm) can turn a 20-minute journey into 90 minutes.
